The
Arizona "Monsoon" season has started. And with it, some of the most dramatic, beautiful, and at times, threatening weather you've ever seen. Last night it looked like the valley was in for a big weather event. So, my husband and I decided to do a little storm chasin' of our own. Instead of threatening thunderheads with ground to cloud lighting, we got one of our famous Sonoran sunsets. The stillness of the desert was broken only by the braying of a donkey and the low chattering of the quail families calling their young to safety for the night - magical.
Enjoy,
Susie~
